Welcome to the Just Volleyball Premier Bootcamp + Play League, we are dedicated to nurturing young athletes through structured training competitive league play. Our mission is to provide an affordable and community-centered alternative to traditional club volleyball, ensuring that every athlete has meaningful opportunities to train, compete, and grow. With access to high-level instruction, organized league competition, and essential resources for college preparation, we are building more than just volleyball teams. We are creating a comprehensive development system for athletes, coaches, families, and the communities we serve. Join us in our mission to empower the next generation of volleyball players!

As we prepare for the launch of the league, we are seeking dedicated people who believe in developing young athletes and expanding access to quality volleyball opportunities.

We are currently looking for:

1. Coaches and assistant coaches who are experienced, developing their coaching careers, or interested in receiving training and mentorship. (Interested in coaching? Please send your resume to joinjustvolleyball@gmail.com)

2. League personnel who can support registration, scheduling, communications, administration, event operations, scorekeeping, statistics, media, marketing, athlete services, and game-day management.

3. Volunteers who can assist with events, setup and cleanup, team support, fundraising, photography, videography, social media, hospitality, community outreach, and other operational needs.

4. Schools, recreation centers, businesses, organizations, and community partners that are interested in providing facilities, resources, services, athlete referrals, sponsorships, or collaborative opportunities.

5. Donors and sponsors who want to support athlete scholarships, uniforms, equipment, gym rentals, training resources, tournaments, media opportunities, awards, transportation, and other costs connected to operating the league.
    

Every coach, volunteer, staff member, partner, sponsor, and donor plays an important role in creating opportunities for athletes and families. Support may come through time, professional experience, financial contributions, equipment, services, facilities, or community connections.
